After a long career in the industry as industrial designer and project manager for large infrastructure projects, I never lost touch with the arts.

One morning, I picked up a brush and started a first painting "when the roots are missing". Since then, I did not stop.

Being interested in cutting edge technical innovations, architectural spaces, minimalistic 3D designs and abstract arts, I expected something different. My own paintings refer - to my surprise - more to renaissance portraits and human subjects than to the cold and non figurative matters that always appealed to me.
